Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital Products Are Final Sale

All digital-product sales are final once the product, download link, access credentials, community access, course access, template, prompt collection, workbook, guide, or other digital content has been delivered or made accessible. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and access is provided immediately or shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Technical Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your product or cannot access it because of a verified technical problem on our side, contact us with your order email, product name, and a description or screenshot of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend the product, or provide a replacement delivery method. If we cannot deliver the purchased product, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Incorrect Product

If we delivered a digital product different from the one shown on your order confirmation, notify us promptly. We will provide the correct product or another legally required remedy.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscription or membership cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period unless a specific offer, platform policy, or applicable law states otherwise. Access after cancellation may continue through the end of the paid period, depending on the offer.

How to Request Support

Email shirmonica@watchyourmouthmovement.com and include your name, order email, order number if available, product name, purchase date, and the issue. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
